Our rPEt plastic bottles use 30% rPET material and as the technology grows we hope to improve the overall amount of rPET in each bottle.
There is a give and take when it comes to rPET and the overall look of the bottle. The more rPET in the bottle, the more murky and foggy the plastic. Manufacturers use a blue and green dye to compensate with this haze and as the rPET concentration goes up so to does the amount blue or green tint.
Large scale manufacturers have been working to improve this technology for years and recently Nestle released their first 100% rPET bottle under their "Pure Life" brand in February of 2018. As this technology moves out of the more proprietary world of the large scale producers and becomes available for private label we hope to introduce it into our avaiable products as soon as the market will allow.
All of our bottles are made from 100% BPA free material.
